wrapped in Pancetta, sautéed in butter
and deglazed in white wine.
Mesclun leaves, tomato and olives,
tossed in St Clements extra virgin olive oil
and St Clements red wine vinegar.
Gelato ai Frutti di Bosco
Vanilla Ice-Cream served with warm mix Berries.
